We are located in Hadsten, just half an hour from Aarhus C. This means that we know the area, know where the buses can arrive and stop - and are a short distance from your party in Aarhus and the rest of Eastern Jutland.
In Eastern Jutland you can choose between our two party buses: George, with space for up to 30 people, and Nancy, our largest bus with space for up to 43 people.
Whichever bus you choose, the party starts as soon as you step aboard. Here you'll find a music system, dance floor, disco lights and a chilled bar – and of course a driver to ensure you get from A to B safely.

How much does a party bus cost in Aarhus?
The price depends on how many hours you need to use the bus, what day of the week you travel, and how far the trip is.
The first hour costs 4,000 DKK. After that 1,000–1,500 DKK per hour. We are based in Favrskov, a little over half an hour from Aarhus C, so it is a short drive to you.
A one-hour booking gives you approximately 55 minutes of party time. The bus will be ready five minutes before departure, allowing everyone to board.

Stag parties over the summer and Christmas parties in November and December are the busiest periods. The places on the calendar sell out quickly — especially on weekends.
Two buses — choose the one that suits your group
In Eastern Jutland we have two buses, and they are different sizes:
- George is approved for 30 people. It is suitable for bachelor parties, smaller birthdays and department trips.
- Nancy is approved for 43 people. You need it if you are a whole class or a larger company party.
Tell us how many people you have when you write and we will put the right bus on. We never travel with more people than the bus is approved for.
What it looks like on board
- Professional system with bottom. You control the music yourself via Bluetooth all the way.
- The seats are located along the sides, so the aisle becomes the floor.
- Disco lights and LED. The bus changes character as soon as it gets dark.
- Bar with fridge. Beer and champagne stay cold from departure to return.
- Lounge seats for those who need a break.
- Drivers with a bus driving license and EU qualification certificate — who knows East Jutland and knows where a bus of that size can stop.
Party bus for stag night in Aarhus
A stag party in Aarhus almost always ends up being spread out across the city: an activity in the afternoon somewhere outside, dinner in the city center, and a finish in the Latin Quarter or on Åboulevarden. It's the transportation in between that usually takes the breath out of the day.

There are no set routes. You decide pickup, drop-off and everything in between.
We operate in Aarhus C, Aarhus N, Aarhus V and Aarhus Ø as well as in Viby, Højbjerg, Risskov, Åbyhøj, Brabrand, Trøjborg, Hasle, Tilst, Lystrup, Egå and Skejby. We also operate to Hadsten, Hinnerup and the rest of Favrskov, and on to Randers, Silkeborg, Skanderborg, Odder, Horsens, Ebeltoft and Grenaa.
If you are going to gather at Aarhus H or Bruuns Galleri, we will arrange a meeting point where the bus can stop without any problems.

The price is based on the bus, not the number of guests — 4,000 DKK for the first hour. For a group of 15, we typically use George, which is approved for 30 people, so there is plenty of room to dance.
Which party bus is the cheapest?
The cheapest bus is rarely the same as the cheapest trip. Always ask what the hourly rate covers and what extras may be added. With us, the first hour costs DKK 4,000 and the following DKK 1,000–1,500, and our terms and conditions are on the site so you can read them in advance.
How much does it cost to rent a bus for 20 people without a driver?
We don't offer that. A bus of that size requires a bus driving license, and our buses are always rented with a driver. That's the whole point of a party bus: all 20 can join the party instead of one having to stay sober.
What rules apply to party buses?
The bus must be approved for commercial passenger transport, and the driver must have a bus driving license and EU qualification certificate. All our drivers have this.
Our buses are approved for 30 people (George) and 43 people (Nancy) in East Jutland and 52 people (Mercedes) in Zealand. We never drive with more people than the bus is approved for.
As passengers, you are welcome to enjoy alcohol on board — that's why there is a driver behind the wheel.
Are you driving outside of Aarhus?
