How much does it cost to rent a party bus in Copenhagen?

The price depends on three things: how many hours you need to use the bus, what day of the week you travel, and how far the trip is.

The first hour costs 4,000 DKK. After that, 1,000–1,500 DKK per hour, depending on the day of the week and where the trip is going. You will receive one total price before you book.

A one-hour booking gives you approximately 55 minutes of party time. The bus will be ready five minutes before departure so everyone can board at their leisure.

The price includes:

  • Driver
  • Sound system, light show and dance floor
  • Bar area with fridge — drinks can be purchased on board
  • Pickup and drop-off at the addresses you choose

Fridays and Saturdays in May and June are the most popular dates in Copenhagen, and the calendar fills up quickly. If you are going during the high season, it is worth writing to us early.

The bus that runs on Zealand

On Zealand we drive with Mercedes — our largest bus, approved for 52 people. There's enough room for the whole class, the whole department or the whole group of friends at once, without anyone having to drive alone.

We never take more people than the bus is approved for. Tell us how many of you are when you write, and we will clearly say if there are too many of you.

What it looks like on board

A party bus is not a tour bus with a set of speakers. The seats are located along the sides, so the middle aisle becomes a dance floor, and the rest is built for partying.

  • Plant with a real bottom. You connect via Bluetooth and control the playlist yourself all the way.
  • The middle aisle is kept clear so there is a floor to dance on.
  • Disco lights and LED. The lights follow the music, so the bus looks like a nightclub when it gets dark.
  • Bar with fridge. The champagne and beers are cold from start to finish.
  • Lounge seats. Space to sit down when you need to rest your legs.
  • Experienced driver. All our drivers have bus driving licenses and EU qualification certificates — and they know Copenhagen.

For bachelorette parties, birthdays, weddings and company parties

Bachelor party. The hard part about a stag party in Copenhagen is rarely the activities — it's getting twenty people from one place to another without the atmosphere dropping along the way. On the bus, the party continues between stops, and no one has to figure out who's driving.

Gala driving. If you are arriving together for the gala party, we will follow your route, pick you up where you want, and take the breaks you have planned. The bus will take you right to the door — and pick you up again when the evening is over.

Round birthdays and weddings. A party bus works just as well for a 40th birthday party as it does for transporting wedding guests from church to the party. The music can be turned down if the age group is mixed.

Company parties and Christmas lunches. Gather the department in one place instead of sending people off separately in taxis. The trip becomes part of the event rather than transportation in between.

We pick you up throughout Greater Copenhagen

There are no set routes. You choose where we pick you up, where we drop you off, and what happens in between.

We drive in the inner city, Nørrebro, Vesterbro, Østerbro, Amager and Frederiksberg, as well as in Valby, Hellerup, Gentofte, Lyngby, Ballerup, Glostrup, Hvidovre, Rødovre and Herlev. We also pick up in Tårnby and Dragør and are happy to drive on to Roskilde, Køge and Helsingør.

If you are to be picked up at Copenhagen Airport or Copenhagen Central Station, we will arrange a meeting point in advance where the bus can stop.

Frequently asked questions about party buses in Copenhagen

How much does a party bus cost for 1 hour?

The first hour costs DKK 4,000. A one-hour booking gives you approximately 55 minutes of partying — the bus will be ready five minutes before departure, so everyone has time to get on board. If you need the bus for longer, subsequent hours cost DKK 1,000–1,500 each.

How much does it cost to rent a party bus in Copenhagen?

From 4,000 DKK for the first hour and 1,000–1,500 DKK for each hour thereafter. The price depends on the day of the week and how far you need to drive. You always get one fixed total price before you book.

How much does it cost to rent a party bus for 15 people?

The price follows the bus and not the number of guests. So 15 people pay the same as 40 — 4,000 DKK for the first hour. If you are in a smaller group, the price per person will just be higher.

Which party bus is the cheapest?

The cheapest bus is rarely the same as the cheapest trip. Always ask what the hourly rate covers and what extras may be added. With us, the first hour costs DKK 4,000 and the following DKK 1,000–1,500, and our terms and conditions are on the site so you can read them in advance.

Can we drink alcohol on the bus?

Yes. You are welcome to enjoy alcohol as a passenger — that's why there is a driver. We just ask that you keep bottles and glasses off the floor while the bus is moving.

How many people can fit in the party bus?

The bus on Zealand is approved for 52 people. If there are fewer of you, we will of course still drive — the bus will just be more spacious.
