Here you will find the most important guidelines for your booking and trip with LejPartyBus – safety, payment and party all at once.

Terms and conditions for LejPartyBus

Music on the bus

You can play music on the bus's system by connecting your own smartphone. We recommend that you prepare a playlist before the trip. The connection is made via the AUX minijack, which is available on board.

 

Payment

Payment for the trip must be made immediately before departure, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

 

End of the tour

At the end of the trip, the bus usually arrives at the final stop approximately 5 minutes before the agreed end time, as it typically takes a few minutes to collect belongings and end the party.
A booking of 1 hour therefore gives approximately 55 minutes of party time.

 

Cancellation

  • If the trip is cancelled by arrangement, 25 DKK of the total price will be charged.
  • If the trip is cancelled less than 72 hours before departure, the full price will be charged.
  • Our staff reserves the right to terminate the tour if guests behave dangerously or inappropriately. No refunds will be given for terminated tours.

 

Cleaning

General cleaning is included in the price.
Extra cleaning after, for example, confetti, vomit, spilled drinks, snuff or other inappropriate behavior may result in a fee of between DKK 1,000–3,000, as the bus must be prepared for the next customers.

 

Damage and vandalism

Any damage or vandalism to the bus will be charged after the tour.

 

Alcohol and equipment

Any excess alcohol is removed after the tour.
Emergency hammers are part of the bus's safety equipment and should only be used in the event of a fire or accident.
In the event of unnecessary use, removal or theft of an emergency hammer, a fee of DKK 5,000 per hammer will be charged. The person/company booking the bus is responsible for all guests on board.

 

Delay / Force majeure

Our buses are popular and we often run many trips on busy days.
Therefore, minor delays of up to 15–30 minutes may occur.
The driver always decides where the bus stops, and we do our best to adhere to the agreed time.
If we are more than 15 minutes late for pick-up, compensation may be applied for in certain cases if the trip cannot be extended.

 

Personal data

  1. Collection: When you book via our website, we collect information such as name, phone number, email, start and end time, and start and end address of the bus trip.
  2. Use: The information is used to process booking and payment. After the trip, data is deleted in accordance with applicable legislation.
  3. Sensitive information: We do not collect information about health, religion, ethnicity or political affiliations.
  4. Disclosure: Information may be processed in our accounting system, which is operated by a third party.

Payment and invoicing

  • Payment is made via MobilePay to the following number: 73915
  • When transferring from a name other than the booker's, the booker's name is noted.
  • If you would like an invoice, please provide your CVR and/or EAN number when booking.
